Accessory Coordinator

Experience

Hyundai is looking for a new colleague for the position of Accessory Coordinator in the Department of Aftersales. In this role, you will ensure cost-effective and goal-oriented management of accessories in line with set targets, source competitive accessories, and identify new business opportunities. You will be an important member of a team of four, that has the primary responsibility for the commercial service market. The team is responsible for different projects and the development of parts and accessories sales systems. As an Accessory Coordinator you will play an important role in these projects and work closely with the rest of the team. In this position, you will report to the Aftersales Performance Manager.

We want you to:

  • Promote and develop original accessories, work on concepts and ensure that the range of accessories is attractive to customers and profitable for Hyundai.

  • Be involved with forecasting, purchasing, collaborate with suppliers, factories and partners.

  • Be a resource for our dealers for marketing and upselling of accessories. Support dealers in product knowledge and ordering process.

  • Understand the needs and wants of new and used car customers and find solutions and products that increase the value of car ownership for the individual.

  • Carry out Ad-Hoc tasks whenever its needed.

 

*Some travel may be required.

About you:

  • Bachelor`s degree or extensive experience from a similar position

  • Retail experience from the Automotive industry 

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken

  • Knowledge about MS Office with proficiency in Excel

  • Strong market knowledge of the Automotive industry

  • Customer focused

  • Structured and detailed oriented
