Short Description
As a Workplace Experience Partner (m/w/d) you will focus on overall facility management, including managing building security and leading preventative and corrective maintenance across all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc).
We want you to:
- Serve as the main contact for facility-related matters, managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage the facility's operating budget.
- Negotiate and oversee service contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Lead facility projects, such as renovations and expansions, from planning to execution.
- Implement energy-saving and waste-reduction strategies and collaborate with the ESG Team to report on environmental KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory health, safety, and building standards, conducting audits and driving corrective actions when required.
About you:
- Qualified Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years focusing in facility or employee experience management
- Facility Management Professional certification a plus
- Experience with vendor contract negotiation
- Understanding of German health and safety regulations and building codes
