As our Digital Analyst, you’ll interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration to deliver high quality services; coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding as well as coordinate and participate in various IT projects.

We want you to:

 

• Handle the day-to-day collaboration and cooperation with internal and external partners ensuring a positive experience with the qualified delivery
-    Clarify the requirement of European markets for the website data ingestion and utilization
-    Document the market requirement in the provided application
-    Support the local data analyst or business unit to guide, exchange and align on the standardization of the web data collection and utilization
-    Apply and ensure trendy and up-to-date feature to unleash the full potential of the customer’s online behavioural information
-    Increase the accuracy to ensure the quality of the digital data collection 
-    Troubleshooting the digital data related issues with partners and vendors
-    Manage and Update the cookie list of European brand websites
• Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding
-    Collaborate with the sales subsidiaries, online platform product owners, and marketing teams to define & provide recommendations for effective website tracking and website optimization
-    Collaborate with the customer data platform(CDP) Owner to ensure consistent digital data feeding from the markets’ brand websites to support the data innovation strategy
-    Collaborate with the partners and vendors to ensure the web data consistency
-    Collaborate with the consent management platform(CMP) owner to apply standard cookie conditions
• Perform data work and projects in the following of the defined data strategy
-    Develop, enhance and maintain the standard digital data collection and utilization process
-    Continue to seek ways to effectively deliver and utilize website data
-    Consult, and support internal business units in website performance tracking including KPIs and digital data analysis related topics to facilitate and promote utilization of the standard BI tool within the organization
-    Ensure digital data compliance with defined cookie policy

Requirements:

 

•    University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related position or specialization
•    Familiarity with Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks
•    High level of proficiency in Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform
•    Certification of the Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Cloud
•    Collaborative mindset - Strong teamwork, communication with stakeholders in various organizations
•    Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities 
•    Excellent communication skills and a collaborative/teamwork mindset
•    Proficiency in MS Office is required
•    Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required
