Warranty Process and Audit Partner (m/f/d)
Job Purpose
Fanatical about delivering great customer service, our After Sales teams keep our customers engaged with our brand while ensuring the care they receive is the best in the market. As a Warranty Process and Audit Partner, you will assure the correct application of warranty policies at European level and improving the warranty operations among European Distributors.
We want you to:
- Warranty and campaign data monitoring and improving using the HMC and/or HME tools. Regular reporting.
- Conducting and improving the analysis of the main warranty K.P.I.s – CPU (Costs Per Unit) / CPVS / UIO etc.
- Warranty Operations Review (W.O.R.) activity at Subsidiaries/Distributors according to the HMC guidelines.
- Continual HME audit procedure improvement, audit preparation, execution and follow up.
- Follow up of goodwill claims between Headquarters/Factories and the European subsidiaries & distributors.
- Assist in quality investigations in terms of warranty data, monitoring, analysis and reporting.
- Warranty Bulletins preparation to enhance the application of the global warranty policies at European level
- Analysis of market warranty performances in terms of administration errors, improper claims or quality issues
- Collating the markets inquiries supporting the markets with operational issues, escalation of the concerns
- Market or other surveys (mainly in terms of warranty operations) on demand
- Support and collate the monthly warranty special projects invoicing and NOR procedures
- Support manufacturer with claim data improvement (comments, DTC info etc.)

You would also need to have:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or in Statistics & Analysis
- 2-3 experience with a warranty, e.g. in the context of a ideally gained in the automotive industry
- Accuracy and high attention to detail, good analytical and conceptual competences, ability to recognize issues, good communication skills, team player
- Good knowledge of automobile technics, repairs and maintenance
- Very good user knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Very good command of English, solid knowledge of other European language(s) preferred
