Role Summary:

The Treasury Analyst (m/w/d) will analyze and perform tasks concerning credit, debit, and bank account transactions. They will also prepare cash flow reports and write out checks in order to maintain accurate records and control over operations and forecasting.

General Responsibilities:

Organizational Risk Management - Keep track of risk parameters, identifying any deviations and reporting them; working within established risk management systems
Treasury - Support the treasury team on more complex activities by using a wide variety of existing processes and procedures
Data Collection and Analysis - Collate and analyse data using preset tools, methods, and formats in an independent manner
Quality Assurance - Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes; implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor effectiveness
Insights and Reporting - Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports

Specific Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights
• Assist in managing banking relationships and negotiating terms
• Support the preparation of treasury reports for management
• Manage payment transactions
• Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage risk exposures
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to treasury functions
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on account reconciliation

About you:

• Bachelor's degree 
• At least 3 years experience in a Treasury or Finance role
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule
• Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
