Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)

Summary

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical role managing the full Talent Acquisition life cycle across all corporate functions within Hyundai Motor Europe. The successful candidate will deliver through both search and selection, high quality candidates, to meet organizational requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the process from initial briefing, sourcing, interviews and assessments to offer management. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also assume responsibility for key projects, leading process improvement initiatives to deliver a Talent Acquisition center of excellence.

We want you to:

•    Proactively lead talent acquisition processes across a broad range of corporate roles.
•    Define and refine role requirements with hiring teams ensuring transparency and optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. 
•    Actively search and source passive talent for key positions using a variety of techniques.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences at all stages of the Talent Acquisition process.
•    Pipeline potential talent conducting research, driving referrals and leveraging digital campaigns to deliver rich talent pools with a diversity & inclusion focus.
•    Develop market research and insights for dedicated functions at a European level.
•    Lead integration of assessment criteria from psychometric testing to case studies, ensuring high quality recruitment processes at all levels.
•    Project management of strategic process improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition from concept to implementation and on-going process improvement.
•    Provide accurate reporting and analysis of Talent Acquisition metrics enabling insightful and timely decision-making.
•    Collaborate within a high performing team, maximizing resources and expertise to enhance productivity, performance and outcomes.

About you:

•    Degree qualified with 5 – 8 years Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with a minimum of 3 years within a global MNC environment. 
•    Excellent search and selection skills, with a creative and can-do mindset, able to deliver the highest quality candidates and a superior candidate experience.
•    Strong negotiation skills with experience managing international processes with a high attention to detail.
•    Prior experience in delivering process improvement initiatives, with an ability to prioritize both strategic and operational requirements within a change management framework.
•    Highly commercial with a strong interest in market developments and corresponding opportunities.
•    In-depth knowledge of Project Management, Employer Branding, EVP, Market Intelligence, Management Reporting or related areas is highly advantageous. 
•    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of working at all levels and building lasting internal and external relationships, is essential. Additional European languages are beneficial.
•    Experienced in data analysis to identify trends and capable of developing and implementing compelling solutions. 
•    Possess a strong sense of ownership and urgency, capable of independently managing competing priorities successfully.
•    A resilient team player with high levels of integrity, who enjoys an open, transparent and fast-paced working environment.
