TCM Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description

Role Summary:

As the TCM Manager (m/w/d) for Hyundai Motor Europe, you will work within our regional and global Sales and Finance matrix to manage the performance of Sales Financing Products across the region. 

We want you to:

  • Manage the regional sales financing penetration within the first cycle, by ensuring optimum sales incentive investment within the sales financial products. 
  • Work cross-functionally with markets to ensure implementation of dealer steering mechanisms. 
  • Grow asset retention within the second cycle through the roll-out of updates guidelines and processes regarding renewal, repurchase, and repatriation. 
  • Negotiate annual sales financial targets with all markets across Europe and assess monthly performance to align countermeasures. 
  • Participate in banking tenders to secure the best financial partner within each market. 
  • Collaborate with Hyundai Capital Europe to develop and establish a comprehensive set of financial services training courses. 
  • Collaborate across teams to implement the different digital journeys within the financial product process. 

About you:

  • Qualified Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Equivalent
  • 8+ years of post-graduate experience, with 5+ within the Automotive industry
  • Experience managing Automotive financial product packages
  • Strong understanding of Automotive Sales Financing
  • Cross-market experience within Europe is considered highly advantageous
  • Understanding of Automotive Dealer financial incentives and motivations
