As a Sustainability Reporting Analyst you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze and interpret data and prepare the reports related to ESG/sustainability topics, ensuring the accuracy and relevance. You will be an expert in the latest trends who will work on simplifying and improvements of reporting process.

We want you to:

• Prepare and deliver ESG/sustainability datasets aligned with regulatory requirements 
• Analyze data, understand deviations and identify risks/opportunities within European region
• Coordinate workflows for data management and third-party assurance of ESG/sustainability data with internal/external stakeholders
• Support the development of reporting standards, policies, and processes in role as data steward
• Manage ESG/sustainability projects under the supervision of Manager
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver regional database
• Support development and tracking of KPIs and deliver routine sustainability performance reports
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners and external vendors

You will also need to have:

• University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.) 
• Applied knowledge or experience in data science, data management 
• Experience with financial reporting would be considered as a plus
• Ability to organize and execute work independently
• Willingness to learn new areas of responsibility and technical concepts
• Knowledge or interest in sustainability/ESG topics and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, CSRD, EU Taxonomy) is an advantage but not required
• Strong knowledge of English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in database programs (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) is an advantage but not required
