As a Financial Performance Analyst (m/f/d) you will participate in the business development by preparing analysis and simulation. You will perform diverse analysis to monitor financial performance. Also, you will interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services. You will prepare and deliver various financial reports and coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding. Lastly, you will support the communication and implementation of processes, policies and systems.
We want you to:
- Manage the standardized profit database and develop database-based analysis processes
- Prepare and review the financial data/performances of subsidiaries, based on the various analyses
- Support and analyze region-wide financial/analytic reports
- Improve the level of detail, accuracy and timeline in regular reporting by standardizing recurring processes
- Participate in defining the mid/long-term subsidiary management plans
- Review, improvement and follow-up of practical requirements and changes in Finance Systems (e.g. SAP CO)
- Review subsidiaries’ issues remotely or on-site and guide/monitor financial compliance to ensure achievement of agreed objectives

You will also need to have:
- Bachelor of economy/ finance/ BA area or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in (managerial) accounting
- Analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience in SAP(CO) is an advantage
- Ability to work team-based in multicultural environment
- A solid understanding of financial data and ability to analyze and report
- Strong Excel skills for standardizing financial database
- Communication skills to discuss with subsidiaries’ counterparts
- Ability to cooperate as a team member, manage timeline, think flexibly, and work with ownership
- Fluency in English
