Sales Strategist (m/f/d)

We want you to:

  • Conduct strategic sales analyses related to the European market across multiple business lines and products
  • Support the Sales Strategy function through close performance analysis, including all relevant industry and sales performance metrics (volume, market share, market performance, competitor monitoring, market incentive)
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy process by conducting detailed monthly performance analyses and quarterly forecasting to stakeholders
  • Develop dedicated knowledge of all markets throughout Europe to support our current and future product enhancement projects
  • Provide insights into the effectiveness of specific sales programs and collaborate with the relevant departments to determine responses to evolving business objectives and changing market conditions
  • Establish performance indicators and analyses that add visibility, planning teams, and competitive advantage to the distribution of time visiting and focusing on the customer.

About you:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Economics or a related field, MBA or Master’s is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 – 3 years’ experience in a sales analysis role within an automotive OEM
  • Prior regional European experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills along with a data-driven mindset to successfully analysis and interpret complex data sets across multiple markets
  • Capability to work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of ownership to deliver required outcomes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
