Sales / Non-technical training responsible (m/f/d)

As a Sales / Non-technical Training Responsible you will be responsible for overseeing non-technical training programs in the area of Sales and After-sales, identify training needs in the European market, develop and deliver related trainings and materials (with and without agency assistance) and continuously improve and update existing programs and trainings.

We want you to:

•    Coordinate customer satisfaction initiatives, programs and corrective actions plans:

  • Plan and develop non-technical Curriculum and certification program for Sales and After-sales to boost customer satisfaction, continuously review and improve the existing ones
  • Develop related trainer guides, supporting materials and digital training assets

•    Handle customer, dealer & authorized repairer complains, issues and queries to ensure their resolution
•    Conceptualize, develop and deliver specific trainings to support their resolution and choose the most appropriate training methodologies based on related job requirements and audience and ensure proper market implementation by follow up and giving necessary guidance to the markets
•    Support the implementation of proper representation structure for the Hyundai dealer and authorized repairer network in compliance with laws and regulations according to agreed plans
•    Support the implementation and monitoring of Hyundai dealer / authorized repairer standards and practices and their measurements
•    Interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services matching company requirements
•    Coordinate workflows with external partners (e.g. training and coaching agencies) to support shared planning and mutual understanding
•    Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces and participate in workshops and meetings to align projects and strategies with all stakeholders 
•    Support the communication and implementation of processes, policies and systems in areas of responsibility by exchanging knowledge and project planning with internal departments
•    Coordinate and follow-up on sales target progress via dedicated reports and dashboards 
•    Effectively deploy, activate and monitor sales programs with dealers 
•    Prepare cross-reference training data with business results to develop suitable trainings and supportive materials. 
•    Operate and update the European trainer certification program 
•    Develop, plan and execute the Pan-European Sales / Service Consultant competition
•    Support the Pan-European Technical Skill Competition

You will also need to have:

 

  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as non-technical and/or sales trainer ideally in automotive or a similar position or specialization
  • Advanced customer service and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent presentation skills (also in front of a larger audience)
  • Ability to measure training performance 
  • Ability to guide others to achieve training goals
  • Proficiency in learning principles and modern training techniques
  • Understanding of automotive sales and service processes 
  • Ability to analyze and improve existing processes for future trends and requirements
  • Good team working skills
  • Ability to analyze facts and challenges, structure them and develop solution concepts
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
