Plan and implement the pursuit of strategic opportunities for a particular business or organization—for example, cultivate partnerships or other commercial relationships or identify new markets for products or services.

Role Summary:

As Retail Network & Transformation Manager (m/w/d) , you drive the implementation of Hyundai’s retail transformation strategy, optimize retail network performance, and enhance the customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints. Working closely with European markets and cross-functional stakeholders, you ensure sustainable retail growth, operational excellence, and a consistent brand experience.

We want you to:

  • Lead the implementation of Hyundai’s Retail Transformation Strategy across selected European markets
  • Develop and execute retail network representation plans for sales and service activities in line with corporate strategy and local market requirements
  • Drive the rollout of Hyundai’s omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless customer experience across online and offline channels
  • Lead the implementation of digital retail solutions that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business performance
  • Analyze customer feedback, mystery shopper results, and market insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, retailer profitability, and long-term network sustainability
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver transformation initiatives and ensure a consistent Hyundai brand experience across the retail network
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning and execution of strategic projects
  • Develop and continuously improve retail processes, policies, and operational standards across the region
  • Monitor market developments, emerging trends, and future retail concepts to support strategic business planning and innovation

About you:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in Retail Development, Network Development, Sales Operations, or a related automotive function
  • Deep understanding of the automotive retail business, dealer networks, and customer journey management
  • Experience leading retail transformation, network optimization, or omnichannel initiatives across multiple markets
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market insights into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in an international environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Resilient, well-organized, and comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a high level of execution quality
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
