Short Description
As the Quality Manager (m/w/d) within the European Automotive Safety Office at Hyundai Motor Europe, you will be responsible for the coordination of information regarding quality topics across multiple business entities in the region. The role will focus on consolidation of information and stakeholder management, ensuring one European voice for prioritizing quality concerns.
We want you to:
- Lead the identification of quality issues for all Hyundai and Genesis products in accordance with the quality matrix and identify critical issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-brand with various teams within R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Warranty.
- Consolidate and prioritize quality topics to bring one European voice for the region.
- Lead detailed investigations of emerging issues and identify the relevant impact for all Hyundai and Genesis vehicles, providing severity ratings and managing escalations if required.
- Lead the presentation of quality topics to high level regional and global stakeholders.
- Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risks.
About you:
- Qualified Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years overseeing quality project management within the Automotive industry
- Strong understanding of Automotive quality topics across both ICE and EV models
- Experience managing regional quality and safety issues
- Comfortable in presentations to high-level stakeholders
