Purpose of the Job
Role Summary:
As Pricing Planner (m/w/d) at HyundaiMotor Europe, you will design, implement, and optimize pan-European pricing strategies that drive revenue, competitiveness, and customer value. Working closely with sales, product, and finance teams, you will ensure that our pricing models reflect market realities while enabling profitable growth. This role offers the opportunity to combine analytical expertise with strategic impact in one of the fastest-growing premium brands in Europe.
We want you to:

Implement and manage a pan-European pricing strategy for all new Genesis vehicles across European markets.

Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, taxation, and incentives to identify risks and opportunities.

Develop and execute comprehensive pricing actions in collaboration with product, sales, and finance teams.

Support the definition of country-specific pricing for models, trims, and options.

Calculate cost prices for new products and develop optimization models for cost and project estimations.

Build pricing intelligence based on historical data, market trends, and commercial team inputs.

Collect and analyze market data to inform strategic marketing and sales planning.

Ensure operational compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Explore external developments and contribute insights on emerging issues impacting pricing strategies.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including NSCs, Global HQ, R&D, and other GME departments.
About you:

achelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

3+ years of relevant pan-European experience in the automotive industry, ideally in Pricing or Product Management.

Proficient in industry tools and data sources such as JATO, NCBS, IHS, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic pricing decisions.

Familiarity with taxation, incentives, and regulatory environments across European markets.

Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
