We want you to

• Implement a cohesive pan-European pricing strategy for all new Genesis vehicles across multiple markets.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends across Europe to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Track taxation policies and government incentives across European markets in close collaboration with National Sales Companies (NSCs).
• Drive pricing actions that optimize revenue and transaction prices, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance teams.
• Support the definition of market-specific model configurations, trims, and option pricing strategies.
• Evaluate pricing viability based on cost, competitive positioning, and profitability targets.
  Conduct cost planning for new products and contribute to pricing inputs in early product development stages.
• Act as a key support for business analysts and sales teams on pricing-related matters and commercial policy.
• Design and manage pricing information systems to ensure accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze consumer behavior and competitive dynamics to align pricing with business objectives.

About you:

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant pan-European work experience within the automotive industry with specific experience in Pricing and Product Management 
• Familiarity with industry analytical tools & data sources, e.g. JATO, NCBS, IHS etc
• Good communication and presentation skills
