People Planning Partner (m/w/d)

Short Description

As a People Planning Partner (m/w/d) you will provide overall support for HR planning activities, aiding in the enhancement of Hyundai HR's functional capabilities and overall organizational structure in Europe. 

We want you to:

  • Manage workforce planning including budget and headcount planning. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and manage headcount requests, considering forecasted needs to achieve company goals.
  • Aid in  the designing and implementation of the people & organizational framework.
  • Assess organizations and identify workforce issues across multiple business entities within the region. 
  • Collaborate globally and regionally on overall workforce organizational planning and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to pro-actively plan and lead organizational changes. 
  • Analyze key HR metrics and develop reporting for stakeholder decision making. 

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years focused in organizational planning 
  • Experience working within a global or regional environment, across multiple business entities
  • Fluency in English required, written and spoken
  • Fluency in Korean required, written and spoken
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Experience working with HR analytics
