People Planning Partner (m/f/d)

 

As our People Planning Partner, you will play a significant role in the Workforce planning and the organization design for Hyundai Motor Europe, Genesis Motor Europe and the regional subsidiaries, you will work on the Talent & Succession planning as well as Design the HR policies, programs and projects to achieve Company’s strategic objectives.

We want you to:

 

•    Work on the Workforce planning and organization design for Hyundai Motor Europe, Genesis Motor Europe and the regional subsidiaries
•    Consult with business leaders and People Business Partners to analyze, forecast and fulfil workforce capability requirements to deliver on short, medium and long-term business plans
•    Manage workforce planning including budget and headcounts, considering forecasted needs 
•    Identify priorities and potential critical issues 
•    Manage related projects such as yearly business planning, etc. 
•    Work on the Talent & Succession planning - partnering with our People Business Partners to build out robust succession plans across the business
•    Identify mission essential positions and propose the succession planning of these positions
•    Prepare and manage regular people review sessions in collaboration with People Business Partners
•    Prepare insightful data driven report around talent and succession planning, propose action plans based on the report
•    Design the HR policies, programs and projects to achieve Company’s strategic objectives
•    Be responsible for the design, drafting, update and communication of policies, with the support and collaboration of People Business Partners
•    Assess internal HR processes and manage their optimization
•    Partner with internal communication functions to develop communication plans for the introduction of people policies, processes and programs
•    Involve in diverse HR Planning related projects
•    Be responsible for key people data reporting according to Company’s standards and process

Requirements:

 

•    University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in related position or specialization
•    Strong conceptual ability
•    Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills 
•    Outstanding communication skills
•    Ability to identify opportunities and achieve results in a fast-growing organization
•    Ability to analyze, interpret and communicate a range of complex information
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
