HR Communications & Engagement Partner (m/f/d)

As a People Communications & Engagement Partner you will be playing the key role in shaping people communication strategies for all major HR initiatives as well as taking the lead in executing an effective and consistent communication plan that is engaging. You will be leading employer branding related projects and campaigns and other initiatives to drive cultural change in the organization. 

We want you to:


People Communications area:

  • Actively partner with the Head of Department in shaping people communication strategies for all major HR initiatives
  • Develop, lead, and execute communication plan that is effective, consistent, as well as engaging for internal employees utilizing various existing communication channels, as well as developing new communication channels and campaigns
  • Plan, draft, and publish weekly People & Organisation Bulletin
  • Review, draft, coordinate and publish diverse ad-hoc people communications, partnering with diverse HR functions
  • Manage content of HR policies, guidebooks, and manuals, keeping them up-to-date and publishing them in relevant channels


Employer Branding & Employer Value Proposition area:

  • Actively partner with the Head of Department in shaping employer branding strategies for internal and external audience
  • Plan, lead, and execute employer branding and employer value proposition related projects and campaigns 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team, update and maintain Hyundai Motor Europe’s career website’s content and other career related contents in social media such as LinkedIn
  • Review job postings from Talent Acquisition team and draft them to fit with the employer branding framework (in collaboration with external marketing agency)
  • Partner with Workplace Experience team regards to space design of office premises, so that the office space design is aligned with employer branding strategy


People Engagement & Change Management area:

  • Utilize communications and campaigns to drive people engagement according to People & Oranisation’s HR strategy
  • Plan and execute change management activities for all major HR initiatives that require change management (such as rolling out new HR standards, digitalization initiatives, etc.) 
  • Manage the IDEA Platform (Hyundai Motor Europe’s ideation incubation platform) and its regional campaigns to foster innovation and idea generation. Plan and lead this agenda utilizing change management strategy
  • Be involved in development and planning of corporate events and people initiatives to create engaging corporate culture


You will also:

  • Partner with all people functions and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of people communications
  • Partner with regional HR Managers to ensure alignment of people communication strategies across all Hyundai organizations in Europe
  • Actively partner and work closely with internal communications and marketing teams to contribute to overall people related communications strategy and campaigns
  • Consult with the business to identify people communication needs and plan and execute continuous improvements
  • Monitor trends around people and organization management, identify innovations and tools that can be utilized to meet company’s strategic people and organization objectives, and lead implementation of such innovation and tools

You will also need to have:


  • 5+ years of gained experience in HR or other professional field
  • 2+ years of focus on HR communications, internal communications, change management or employer branding
  • Excellent ability to write good, clear, and purpose-driven written communication in English
  • Deep understanding of tone of voice and the ability to generate engaging communication with a keen eye for detail and consistency in English
  • Good track record of managing projects
  • Creative and can-do mindset with focus on delivering results 
  • Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn new areas
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and be self-driven
  • Proficiency in working with MS PowerPoint and good presentation skills
