Payroll and Compensation Partner (m/f/d)
We're looking for a Payroll and Compensation Partner (m/f/d)!
As our Payroll and Compensation Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners to deliver high-quality payroll services. You will also support general office and people services, providing exceptional support to our employees and driving organizational efficiency.
We want you to:
- Perform a wide range of monthly payroll tasks, including reporting, analysis, and maintaining effective communication with relevant authorities.
- Successfully manage payroll providers to ensure seamless execution of payment cycles.
- Ensure accurate and timely initiation of payments for all statutory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll matters, including payroll tax, social security, documentation, and certifications.
- Conduct various payroll simulations to assist with next year's budgeting and planning.
- Provide support in setting up salaries for new employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development of recognition programs that align with our organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Review all payroll input to ensure accuracy and perform necessary checks for compliance
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in payroll regulations to ensure compliance and optimize processes

Requirements:
- University degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in payroll operations
- In-depth knowledge of tax, social security, and labor laws relevant to payroll
- Familiarity with tax and social security regulations pertaining to other benefits and pension plans
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Demonstrated planning and monitoring skills
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
