Role Summary:
Strengthen Hyundai’s presence within Europe’s lifestyle and cultural landscape. As our Lifestyle Communications Manager (m/w/d), you develop impactful storytelling initiatives, build strong relationships with media and influencers, and create meaningful brand moments that connect Hyundai with relevant audiences beyond traditional automotive communication. You act as a strategic connector between brand, culture, media, and lifestyle trends across European markets.
We want you to:
- Develop and implement a pan-European lifestyle communications strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with editors-in-chief, lifestyle journalists, influencers, and key media stakeholders
- Identify emerging media opportunities, lifestyle trends, and cultural moments to strengthen Hyundai’s brand positioning
- Design and execute tailored storytelling initiatives, media programs, and lifestyle experiences across European markets
- Create compelling narratives and brand moments that position Hyundai within relevant cultural and lifestyle contexts
- Activate sponsorships, partnerships, and events through integrated PR and media initiatives
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across all lifestyle communication touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, markets, and Global PR teams
- Drive projects end-to-end — from ideation and planning through execution and performance review
- Support the continuous evolution of Hyundai’s lifestyle communication approach through insights, learnings, and innovation
About you:
- Master’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 12–15 years of experience in lifestyle communication, PR, media, or brand communication environments
- Strong automotive experience, ideally within agencies, editorial environments, or corporate communications
- Deep understanding of the European lifestyle and media landscape
- Strong network within lifestyle media, culture, and influencer ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong storytelling and creative ideation capabilities with a sense for impactful brand moments
- Ability to independently lead projects from concept to execution and evaluation
- Experience working with Asian brands and international environments is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable
