LCV Sales Strategy Manager (m/w/d)
We want you to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the LCV segment across multiple European markets, aligned with overall company objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the LCV sector across Europe
- Identify and define key customer segments within the LCV market and tailor sales strategies to meet their specific needs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional sales teams, marketing, finance, and key customers, to drive sales initiatives
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and set sales targets for the LCV segment, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage the sales strategy budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ within the LCV market
- Experience with sales strategy and analysis
- Electrification or eLCV experience preferred
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience working cross-functionally and developing trust within a team setting
