LCV Sales Strategy Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the LCV segment across multiple European markets, aligned with overall company objectives
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the LCV sector across Europe
  • Identify and define key customer segments within the LCV market and tailor sales strategies to meet their specific needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional sales teams, marketing, finance, and key customers, to drive sales initiatives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and set sales targets for the LCV segment, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Manage the sales strategy budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ within the LCV market
  • Experience with sales strategy and analysis
  • Electrification or eLCV experience preferred
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience working cross-functionally and developing trust within a team setting
