As an Intern in Future Business Strategy Team, you will be actively involved in the definition and execution of Hyundai Motor Europe’s Future Business Strategy and accelerate the company’s transition into Smart Mobility Solution provider. You will create tangible value and gather work experience in fast-paced initiatives across our focus fields Connected Car, Mobility and Digital Services. 


We want you to:

 

  • Take an active role in supporting overall strategy development and operationalization to pave Hyundai Motor Europe’s path towards becoming a smart mobility solution provider
  • Support project management of initiatives in Connected Car, Mobility and Data Services
  • Jointly develop pilot projects from conception to implementation
  • Create and analyze business cases for innovative future business endeavors
  • Support evaluation of M&A opportunities in the mobility ecosystem
  • Prepare presentations and organize workshops
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on market trends to feed strategic decision making on pan-European level

You will also need to have:

 

  • First work experience in strategy and/or project management and/or product development in fast-paced, complex and volatile environments, ideally building and/or scaling new digital business models
  • Educational background in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics (or comparable)
  • Strong interest in new trends in both business and technology
  • Strong analytical skills to dive deep into data
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action
  • Ability and willingness to learn fast
  • Ambition and resilience to leave your comfort zone, tap into new territory and grow your expertise
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), knowledge of additional European languages would be considered as an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (with focus on PowerPoint and Excel)
