Role Summary:
As an International Key Account Manager (m/w/d) at Hyundai Motor Europe, you will aid in the expansion of the company's portfolio and work cross-functionally across several markets to ensure a smooth, customer-focused approach for all multi-national accounts within the region.
We want you to:
- Actively contribute to and engage new Key Accounts across Europe to expand the sales portfolio and maximize company goals.
- Monitor and identify sales opportunities across the markets.
- Cascade Key Account frame agreements across European markets, securing local activation and ensuring execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and identify sales opportunities across the region.
- Work closely with external collaborators such as Non-Captive Leasing Companies to increase customer offers.
- Develop and improve the quality of the customer database, ensuring accurate information for customer contacts and sales information.
- Analyze customer trends and tender timelines to develop accurate sales predictions.
About you:
- Qualified Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in Key Account or Corporate Sales within Automotive
- Strong understanding of Automotive B2B business and market dynamics
- Experience working with multi-national customers
- Data-driven approach and experience with CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience with multi-market project implementation
- Experience managing high-level stakeholders
