Information Security Management (m/f/d)
Job Purpose

As our Information Security Analyst, you will lead our way to enhance response capabilities in case of cybersecurity incidents and promote the security level for all European markets by establishing optimized strategy and strong governance.
We want you to:
- Plan and Manage Information Security
- Review security requirements for the projects to prevent potential cybersecurity risks
- Manage security permission management, Support to remediate system vulnerabilities
- Manage the standard of security systems for European markets
- Support analysis of cybersecurity incident in collaboration with HQ CERT Teams
- Onsite security assessment/audit and support improvement for each markets (IT security)

You’ll also need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, implementing, and managing information security programs and strategies, including policy development, risk management, and incident response.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review security requirements, assess vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate security controls and countermeasures.
- Experience in reviewing and managing security permissions and access control mechanisms, including user access rights, role-based access controls (RBAC), and least privilege principles.
- Ability to conduct thorough onsite security assessments, including physical security reviews, network infrastructure audits, and vulnerability scanning, to identify and address security gaps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate security risks, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical audiences.
