IT Strategy Planner
As our IT Strategy Planner, you’ll be responsible for the establishment of IT strategy, manage the regional standard architecture establishment and distribution and be the contact person for the alignment between Korea HQ and European Regional Headquarters.
We want you to:
• Handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring a positive experience with the brand and control the quality of delivery
• Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding
• Perform IT work and projects in the respect of the IT standards defined
• Provide support and input in the definition of the IT standards
• Communicate and implement process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility and monitor their respect
• Oversee the EU IT governance management (business plan/strategic project/service level/KPI)
• Be responsible for the establishment of IT strategy (establishment of mid- term strategy/Roll-out strategy/organization plan/invest/cost)
• Be responsible for the regional standard architecture establishment and distribution management
• Manage the discovery and application of new technologies (PoC / Review applicability)
• Develop the HQ strategy-based local strategy establishment and distribution
• Establish common goals at the EU regional level (strategy/business plan)
• Be the contact person for the alignment between Korea HQ and European Regional Headquarters
• Manage the application of EU standards such as architecture/platform
• Manage the performance check based on KPI (ROI, Roll-out plan, Utilization level)

You will also need to have:
• University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a related position or specialization
• Experience in global projects and roll-out – automotive experience is beneficial
• Experience in IT strategy set-up and documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, leading workshops
• Problem solving skills and ability to take responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel) is required
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written
