IT Project Administrator (m/f/d)
Role Summary:
As the IT Administrator (m/f/d), you will provide administrative support to a department, including research, report preparation, and trend analysis. Manage correspondence, maintain confidential records, and support budget and business planning activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
We want you to:

Oversee the CX Innovation & Digitization and IT budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and control of expenditures

Manage AUC (Assets Under Control) projects and provide monthly reports to the finance department

Handle purchase orders, budget allocation, and transfers, aligning them with project requirements

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align budgets with operational goals and address financial risks
-
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring smooth communication and governance
-
Monitor governance process implementation across European Sales subsidiaries, providing updates and feedback
-
Maintain and organize project documentation, including MSAs and SLAs with vendors
-
Collaborate with legal and business owners to review contracts and SOWs
-
Ensure accessible and compliant documentation for efficient project management
-
Track and analyze IT expenditures to maintain alignment with approved budgets
-
Prepare detailed financial reports to support planning and decision-making

Manage payments for Internet Data Center (IDC) operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
About you:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

3–5 years of experience in IT support, budget management, or related roles

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Proven expertise in processing and managing invoices with accuracy and timeliness

Advanced Excel skills, including macros, complex formulas, and reporting functions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently

Familiarity with project documentation, contract review, and collaboration with legal teams

Ability to handle competing priorities while ensuring quality and attention to detail
