IT Project Specialist (m/f/d)

As IT Project Specialist you will be the key person within CX & Digitization Team to develop and implement strategies, operational processes and tangible actions with the purpose of optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Hyundai's IT systems and digitization projects as well as to structure and strengthen the cooperation between Hyundai Motor Europe IT and other IT teams of the Hyundai Group on national, regional and global headquarters level.


The IT Project Specialist will work closely with the General Counsel Europe and the Head of Legal (Hyundai Motor Europe) as well as the legal teams of Hyundai Motor Company and the subsidiaries.

We want you to:


  • Investigate and analyze business processes, procedures and systems
  • Assist lead project manager with planning and coordination of all concerned business projects
  • Develop and prepare status and management type reports concerned with projects
  • Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
  • Manage risk tracking process
  • Collaborate and communicate with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
  • Create the project report for Top Management

You will also need to have:

  • University degree (min. B.A.) that is relevant for the position
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in an international corporation (in-house) and/or in an consulting firm
  • Proven experience and successes in legal operations and project management
  • Excellent decision making, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and detail-orientation
  • Strategic thinking
  • Sound business judgement
