Homologation Specialist (m/w/d)
Role Summary
As a Homologation Specialist (m/w/d), you will act as a Hyundai Innovator by executing complex administrative and technical tasks with a high degree of autonomy. In this role, you will support the regional coordination of the Group’s Certificate of Conformity (CoC) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple markets. With a strong emphasis on data validation and ad-hoc issue resolution, you will collaborate closely with national sales organizations across Europe and serve as a key communication link with our Korean headquarters. Your ability to consolidate information, manage cross-functional interactions, and uphold regulatory standards will directly contribute to our operational excellence in the region.
We want you to:

Coordinate workflows with internal teams and maintain effective communication with Korean headquarters and European national sales organizations

Perform data quality checks on Certificate of Conformity (CoC) source data using internal systems and tools

Collect, manage, and resolve homologation-related incidences through platforms such as JIRA, either independently or in collaboration with headquarters

Ensure timely support for Market Surveillance cases and other compliance-related matters

Keep internal tools such as Excel-based planners consistently updated to reflect the latest release progress and planning status

Organize and support homologation meetings, including agenda preparation, pre-meeting information supply, and presentation material creation

Maintain proactive communication and strong relationships with external partners and authorities (e.g., KBA) to ensure smooth certification processes

Support regulatory inquiries and contribute to early implementation of legal requirements for both current and upcoming vehicle products and services
About you:

University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) with a technical background, ideally in engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in homologation, product planning, or a data-driven technical environment

High level of data accuracy and strong analytical capabilities, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

Proven ability to coordinate projects, manage resources, and deliver high-quality outcomes

Fast comprehension of complex technical topics, with entrepreneurial thinking and proactive problem-solving

Solid understanding of technical systems and interest in cross-functional automotive projects

Excellent communication skills in English; able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures
