Head of Workplace Experience Team (m/f/d)

As a Head of Workplace Experience department, you will act as a supervisor for our Workplace Experience section and manage office functions by taking control over facility, security and procurement management across our regional HQ office in Offenbach.

We want you to:

 

Supervise Workplace Experience section: 
 

  • Set sections goals and supervise & plan section’s activities to fulfil the goals aligned with company’s strategies
  • Assess staff performance, and lead, provide guide & coaching to ensure maximum operational efficiency and delivery of high-quality services
  • Review, maintain and govern Workplace Experience related policies and procedures, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions in order to provide top of the class workplace experience to all employees
  • Monitor employee feedback and external trends and proactively oversee the team to ensure continuous improvement and maintaining best in class office and workplace experience
  • Set and monitor department’s KPIs and steer improvements

 

Procurement Management:

 

  • Oversee and negotiate with providers to ensure best services/products delivered for the cost paid, including company cars (leasing), business travel, catering, office supplies, IT equipment, and diverse insurances
  • Oversee the fleet management of 200+ cars
  • Oversee business travel management
  • Seek synergies with other Hyundai organizations and derive action plans 

 

Facility Management:

 

  • Develop procedures and system to ensure basic facilities are well maintained
  • Plan and oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Manage lease contracts and relations with the tenants in the building
  • Project Management: Propose, plan and lead projects in order to enhance administrative operations and to bring additional value to the whole organization
  • Security management: ensure the management of company’s security based on company standards

 

General Workplace Experience:

 

  • Oversee health and well-being activities, ensuring compliance to related regulations
  • Oversee company events and employee engagement activities such as sport clubs
  • Align with key stakeholders on security management in the workplace

 

IT HelpDesk:

 

  • Oversee the activities of our IT HelpDesk Section, ensuring the provision of top of the class IT user support
  • Oversee the provisioning of digital and IT work environment
  • Ensure an efficient way of working, leveraging digitalization tools in the workplace

You will also need to have:

 

  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in related position or specialization
  • Successful track record of people/functional leading experience 
  • Experience in working in international environment
  • Leadership and team building skills 
  • Excellent influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong project planning and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
