Head of Technical Quality (m/f/d)
Job Purpose
As the Head of Technical and Quality, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of technical and quality management across our automotive operations. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in automotive engineering, quality management, and leadership. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
We want you to:
- Develop and implement robust technical quality management systems, processes, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective quality control procedures, including product testing, validation, and audits, to ensure the highest levels of quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in product design, development, and manufacturing processes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality enhancements.
- Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of technical competence and performance.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technical and quality team, setting performance goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting their professional growth and ensuring the availability of a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

You will also need to have:
- A university degree in Engineering, or technical field or Certified Quality Engineer
- A minimum of 7-10 years of professional-level automotive experience, preferably in technical quality area
- Strong knowledge of automotive engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and vehicle systems.
- Experience in strategic planning, project management and consensus building
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
