Head of Section Media Strategy (m/f/d)
As a Head of Media Strategy Section you will be responsible for planning, optimizing and reporting of all European Hyundai media activities together with HME markets, agency partners and suppliers in order to maximize the efficiency of the spend media budget and fulfill the activity targets such as awareness and sales.
We want you to:
- Develop media strategies across Europe and constant campaign performance optimization
- Develop and drive forward the digital and data driven Marketing Agenda in Europe
- Manage tactical and strategic operations and support of sales and marketing analytics to drive performance improvements and reports
- Steer and manage campaign budgets across European subsidiaries & distributors
- Consult and challenge agency partners, subsidiaries & distributors in terms of media strategy/planning
- Validate media plans and constantly liaise with media agency partners to maximize output
- Analyze campaigns results, develop and distribute campaign reports
- Identify efficiency opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
- Support the team for project invoicing and budget tracking

You will also need to have:
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Around 8 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a media agency
- Experience in global international companies would be considered as a plus
- Experience with budget management
- Experience with Media Strategy, Media Planning and Brand/Communication Campaign Optimization
- Solid analytical skills
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Dynamics and enthusiasm
- ‘Have you tried’ mindset and willingness to go “the extra mile”
- Fluency in English, other European languages would be considered as a plus
- Good command of MS office applications (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
