Head of Retail Channel Performance (m/f/d)
We want you to:

- Partner at all levels of the organization (HQ, NSC, Distributors) and across all European markets to implement and execute an organization-wide retail channel strategy that strengthen market share, revenue, and profit.
- Guide the retail channel performance section on initiating and implementing European improvement actions to achieve mid and long-term objectives and align with cross-functional sections to ensure success.
- Manage the retail channel performance section within the full scope including retailers’ financials, customer satisfaction, retail brand experience, network quality, contracts, leadership and management of business objectives
- Effectively communicate across cultures to ensure global and regional operational alignment and efficiency
(Job Details)
- To maintain and strengthen customer satisfaction, monitor and manage the quality of retailer showroom facility and implement European retail and management training and onboarding best practices to enhance sales process. Execute facility & process mystery shopping to monitor the effectiveness of training and reinforce weakness.
- Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of Hyundai retailer and authorized repairer standards and compliances.
- Oversee and guide high level contractual changes when needed across the regional retail network,and collaborate with national teams to onboard new approved retail outlets.
- Conduct in depth analysis of the overall economic situation of the Retail network and focus on operational optimization
About you:
- University Degree qualified in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in overseeing and managing sales, service and/or retailer network operations within the European automotive industry.
- Possess broad and cross-functional insights and be able to develop actions based on long term roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Proven leader and coach within a European automotive group.
