HR Generalist, HR Strategy & Planning(m/w/d)

Long Description

As the HR Generalist, HR Strategy and Planning (m/w/d), you will perform and coordinate HR activities that offer high quality guidance and unique experiences to employees. 

 

We want you to: 

  • Monitor trends around people and organization management, identify innovations and tools that can be utilized to meet company strategic people and organization objectives, and lead implementation of such innovation and tools
  • Play a critical role in organization (re)design topics aligned with company strategy, meeting current and future needs.
  • Proactively identify critical people and organization issues and propose solutions to solve and mitigate them. 
  • Manage succession planning: identifying critical roles and set succession plans. 
  • Apply workforce analytics to provide comprehensive insights and ultimately enable stakeholder decision making processes. 
  • Manage and maintain workforce planning related reporting (organization chart, headcount planning, and budget planning).
  • Partner with regional HR Manager to ensure alignment of HR strategies across all Hyundai organizations in Europe.
  • Communicate and collaborate with diverse HR functions to ensure strategic alignment.

 

About you: 

  • Degree qualified with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources within a related position
  • Experience with HR project management and regional project alignment
  • Fluency in English required, written and spoken
  • Fluency in German preferred, written and spoken
  • Experience with SuccessFactors SAP preferred
  • Background with HR analytics and data presentation
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
