Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to manage budget process, financial reporting, and forecasting, while providing strategic insights to senior management. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and informed decision-making across the organization.
 

We want you to:

• Manage the annual budget process to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and present monthly consolidated financial reports, including forecasts and actual results for HQ, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support corporate decision-making.
• Develop and manage financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and strategic objectives, offering insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between the finance department and business units, facilitating communication, and collaborate with departments such as Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial strategies with business objectives, while providing financial guidance to cross-functional teams to meet financial targets.

About you:

• A university degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance
• Precision in handling numbers, ensuring data accuracy that forms the foundation of strategic decisions
• Strong communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across diverse functions
• Knowledge of financial and managerial accounting principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills, allowing you to navigate complex data landscapes effortlessly 
• Intercultural skills and willingness to work in an international working environment
• Familiarity with SAP CO/FI
• Fluency in English; Korean and German nice to have
