We want you to:

• Focus within certain European and global company initiatives such as carbon neutrality, supply chain sustainability, and renewable electricity. 
• Work in cross-functional, multi-national teams to deliver required sustainability reporting and due diligence.
• Work with European entities and various teams to collect relevant data per ESG regulations and develop reports to accurately represent Hyundai Motor Europe. 
• Interpret market data and work across Hyundai brands to deliver high-level project strategy maps for ESG initiatives. 
• Follow the organization's sustainability policies and procedures in order to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace.
• Deliver audit assignments in nominated client areas. 
• Take part in measuring the sustainability and societal impact of an investment, professional operation, government program, or environmental initiative before such actions go into effect for the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability/ESG strategic direction through establishment of policies, governance and control measures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ESG data collection systems.
• Monitor and report on ESG regulations and trends within automotive sector.

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree within Sustainability, Environmental Management, or Equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience within Environmental Sustainability
• Experience with ESG requirements in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with carbon neutrality projects preferred
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, CDP, etc) 
• Knowledge of visual analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Data-driven mindset, capable of making sense of complex sets of information
• Experience in cross-functional project management
