E-Commerce Platform Manager (m/w/d)

We want you to:

  • Execute and deliver elements of the digital road map, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation
  • Produce workstream or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to deliver project objectives
  • Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project
  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating matters where appropriate
  • Plan and implement the E-Commerce workstream/channel by analyzing customer requirements, market trends, benchmarking and business, implementation of channel in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Define KPIs, targets for specific projects/implementations, monitor and report on progress 

About you:

  • University Degree within Business, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar position
  • Experience within the Automotive sector
  • Capability to work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of ownership to deliver required outcomes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with good understanding of Java, Confluence, Jira, and Tableau
  • Fluency in English
