Digital CX Website Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Lead digital projects primarily focusing on the Genesis web platform, including the Pan-European Car Configurator, and oversee all regional projects across markets. 
  • Conduct user testing, competitor benchmarking, and journey mapping to enhance customer interaction.
  • Be the main contact point between Korea HQ, European RHQ, NSCs, and cross-brand teams to align digital strategies and initiatives.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to evaluate user interactions and coordinate content enhancements with brand, PR, and content teams. 
  • Design data-driven web experiences using CRM/CDP and integrating digital strategy with business goals. 

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree within Business, Information Technology, or Equivalent
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Experience delivering cross-market IT projects
  • Full digital project management experience including budgeting, establishing timelines, and implementation
  • Automotive industry experience and understanding of online Car Configurator
  • Proficient in web development and performance tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau)
  • Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
