Digital Analyst (m/f/d)
Summary:
As a Digital Analyst, you’ll interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration to deliver high quality services; coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding as well as coordinate and participate in various IT projects. You need to be certified in Google Analytics 4 as well as be innovative to understand and implement the latest web trends.
We want you to:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners by clarifying R&Rs of European markets for website data ingestion and utilization
- Document requirements and guide local data analysts or business units in the standardization of the web data collection and utilization
- Apply and ensure latest and up-to-date features to unleash the full potential of the customer’s online behavioural information
- Increase accuracy and quality of digital data collection while ensuring digital data compliance with defined cookie policy
- Troubleshoot digital data related issues with partners and vendors
- Manage and update consent and cookies of European brand websites
- Collaborate with sales subsidiaries, online platform product owners, and marketing teams to define & provide recommendations for effective website tracking and website optimization
- Collaborate with the customer data platform (CDP) Owner to ensure consistent digital data feeds from the markets’ brand websites to support data innovation strategy
- Enhance the standard digital data collection and utilization process
- Consult and support internal business units in website performance tracking including KPIs and digital data analysis related topics to facilitate and promote utilization of the standard BI tool within the organization
About you:
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related position or specialization
- Certification of the Google Analytics 4
- Collaborative mindset - Strong teamwork, communication with stakeholders in various organizations
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative/teamwork mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office is required
- Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required
