As a Dealer Operations Manager, you will manage dealer relationships, orchestrating onboarding processes, and conducting training sessions. By overseeing local operations and crafting effective onboarding procedures, you'll ensure seamless dealer satisfaction, successful customer handovers, and optimized dealer operations.

Responsibilities:

•    Negotiate and maintain the relationship with the dealer network 
•    Prepare training materials to onboard dealers
•    Ensure dealers satisfaction and assist dealer with handover tasks, onboarding vehicles and questions about the service
•    Conduct dealer visits and preformed offline and online trainings sessions
•    Oversee local NewCo dealers operations
•    Develop dealer onboarding process 
•    Ensure the handover process to the customers

Requirements:

•    University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in auto dealership or related specialization
•    Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
•    Strong knowledge of the vehicle handover process and PDI procedures 
•    Excellent leadership skills, including goal-setting, motivation and training
•    Expert knowledge of best driving, delivery, vehicle maintenance and other industry practices
•    Ability to conduct training sessions on fleet management platform
•    Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
•    Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities
