As a Data Analyst you will visualize internal and external integrated data to provide business insight by management/ by market/ by Regional HQ, handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners for effective planning and mutual understanding ensuring a positive experience with the qualified delivery, perform data work and projects in the following of the defined data strategy and creatively design, develop and manage dashboard in line with internal stakeholders’ requirements.
We want you to:
In the fields of Automotive Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Market, Finance:
- Sort out, arrange and link data to get the full picture, support the local data analyst or business unit to guide, exchange and align on the standardization of the insight visualization.
- Find relevant data with the support of all functions.
- Check consistency across all available database, increase the accuracy to ensure the quality of the business insight visualization.
- Analyze data, understand deviations and find opportunities.
- Develop, enhance and maintain the data modelling and data mart for the data insight visualization.
- Provide assistance and support while integrating diverse perspectives.
- Be involved in managing projects and initiatives, requiring coordination of multiple stakeholders.
- Manage projects of your expertise under the supervision of Line Manager.
- Contribute to a broader and more complex company projects for one’s area of specialties.
- Work towards solution, by identifying root problems, making concrete proposals, and implementing measures or providing inputs for management decisions making. (Provide concrete contribution in development and implementation of solutions).

You will also need to have:
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Minimum of 3-5 years as a Data Scientist, Data Management expertise.
- High level of proficiency in Excel
- Creativity of the data visualization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills and ability to take responsibility
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suit
