Data Analyst (Tableau Specialist) (m/f/d)

As a Data Analyst (Tableau Specialist) you will visualize internal and external integrated data to provide business insight by management/ by market/ by Regional HQ, handle the day to day collaboration and cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners for effective planning and mutual understanding ensuring a positive experience with the qualified delivery, perform data work and projects in the following of the defined data strategy and creatively design, develop and manage dashboard in line with internal stakeholders’ requirements.

We want you to:

• Clarify the requirements of European markets for the business insight visualization and document the requirements in the application
• Support the local data analyst or business unit to guide, exchange and align on the standardization of the insight visualization
• Apply and ensure trendy and up-to-date features to unleash the full potential of the business insights
• Increase the accuracy to ensure the quality of the business insight visualization 
• Collaborate with the sales subsidiaries to define the needs of business insight
• Collaborate with the Data Governance Lead to ensure consistent data visualization from internal tool to support the data innovation strategy
• Develop, enhance and maintain the data modelling and data mart for the data insight visualization
• Consult, and support internal business units in data visualization related topics to facilitate and promote utilization of the BI tool within the organization

You will also need to have:

• University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.) 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related position or specialization
• High level of proficiency in Tableau Desktop/ Server (Certified license of the Tableau preferred)
• Knowledge of Data modelling, Data Warehouse and Data Lake
• Creativity of the data visualization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Problem solving skills and ability to take responsibility
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suit
