Role Summary:

As the Company Car & Mobility Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the strategic management of the company’s car fleet, ensuring cost-efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. You will develop and implement car policies, oversee vendor relationships, and optimize processes to enhance continuity, safety, and cost control. This role requires effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, budget oversight, and team leadership to drive streamlined mobility solutions across the organization.
 

We want you to:

• Manage the company car fleet, including vehicle acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal, in alignment with policy and regulations.
• Oversee budgets, ensuring accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead vendor management, including contracts, tenders, and governance, to uphold quality, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and legal teams to align operations, review contracts, and drive efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
• Manage a small team to oversee corporate travel programs and key event coordination.
• Supervise the planning and execution of company events, ensuring they align with organizational goals and standards.
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth expatriate onboarding and offboarding, including relationship development with relevant authority offices and agents. 
• Lead, develop, and mentor your team, fostering high performance and a collaborative work culture.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in internal fleet management and workplace experience management
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office and budget tracking systems
• Fluency in English and German, written and spoken
