We want you to:

• Coordinate and contribute actively to regional projects focused on compensation and benefits enhancements
• Support the development and enhancement of compensation and benefits strategies, streamline procedures, and conduct in-depth analyses to produce actionable reports
• Conducting job evaluations based on the given methodology to ensure consistency and equity
• Maintain and organize job profiles and support the development of job architecture frameworks
• Regularly update and analyze benchmark data, performing detailed salary band assessments to stay competitive in the market

About you:

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 7 years of experience in a generalist role or HR data analytics
• Experience in compensation & benefits is mandatory
• Strong planning and organizational skills required
• English is a must -additional language skills are a benefit
