Certified Pre-Owned and Residual Values Manager (m/f/d)

As a CPO and RV Manager you will implement and monitor Hyundai Motor Europe/Hyundai Motor Company programs and initiatives related to remarketing activities: used-cars sales, CPO program, RV monitoring, etc. and identify initiatives opportunities related to these activities; interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services matching company requirements; coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support opportunities of new business development, value creation, shared planning and mutual understanding and support the communication and implementation of process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility.

We want you to:

 

  • Monitor the residual values of all Hyundai models as well as competitor models in EU markets by giving feedback in a summarized RV information report on a monthly basis
  • Be responsible for residual value activities through the whole vehicle lifecycle, from 4y before SOP to post vehicle launch (e.g. Car to Market studies), organization of Residual Values event (e.g. Test Drive)
  • Support team in further development and expansion of Hyundai’s new European used car program “Hyundai Promise” 
  • Set-up of professional digital Used Car Online Customer Journey tools in the target markets
  • Evaluate and coordinate the deployment of a Dealer Used Cars coaching program in order to professionalize the network
  • Review Used Cars market trends, monitoring progress and support team sales strategies to ascertain corrective measures accordingly
  • Further develop remarketing profitability opportunities within Hyundai environment (e.g. dealers, national sales companies)
  • Establish a centralized remarketing reporting tool in target markets to monitor the used car sales performance

You will also need to have:

 

  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
  • Around 3 years of experience in similar position in sales/planning or related field
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Interest in current trends and innovations
  • Understanding of used car market is a plus
  • Good analytical and reporting skills, affinity with numbers 
  • Proactivity, dynamics, ability to react quickly
  • “Out of the box” thinking approach and creative attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced, multi-cultural and result-oriented company 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (XLS and PPT)
  • Fluency in English
