Campaign Planning Manager (m/w/d)
We want you to:
- Lead Hyundai Motor Europe’s Pan-European 360° campaign planning, production, management and operation.
- Lead the development of all campaign assets (Film, Print, Digital, Brochure, OOH, POS) for the deployment and implementation/localization in Europe.
- Think 360°. Create integrated campaign concepts with a mobile/digital-first approach and with application in the ATL, BTL & PR fields.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing departments (media, digital, brand experience, product, strategy, PR) to ensure an aligned and homogeneous planning of the communication strategy and content.
- Collaborate closely with digital and media teams in order to push the programmatic advertising approach further for more targeted communication at tactical and lower comms-funnel level.
- Keep the full overview of costs and manage campaign budgets before, during and after the development of the campaign assets.
- Ensure a 360-degree consistency in campaign messaging, tonality, look & feel and product positioning.
- Align with the global Headquarter regarding all global campaigns to be deployed and localized in the European markets.
- Lead the development of campaign ad kits and assist the markets in their localization process. Collaborate with the localization manager and the agency localization team in the process.
- Write concise yet comprehensive cross-functional agency briefings including competitor analysis, product insights and target customer analysis.
- Support the Brand & Product Campaigns Team Lead in compiling and continuously updating Marketing plans and Market campaign plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and help provide insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the exchange with further internal teams and support the planning and supply of additional communication materials (e.g. retail team, subscription services, general affairs, etc.)
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of ATL/campaign management experience
- Ideally worked within an agency with strong Automotive focus or on OEM side
- Creative thinking & presentation skills
- Strategic thinking & analytical skills
- Well-organized and with good time-management and coordination skills
- ‘Have you tried’ attitude - willingness to go “the extra mile”
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
