CX Platform Manager (Admin & Architecture) m/f/d
As our CX Platform Manager (Admin & Architecture), you’ll be responsible for the designing of the platform architectures and establishment of governance structure to create sustainable CRM environment. Moreover, as a control tower, it is necessary to participate in admin operation of the EU Standard - Local CRM aligning with HME CX directions.
We want you to:
• Develop the solution optimization plan and the guidelines for users by EU standard template
• Understand the EU standard template in technical perspective and translate requirements into the IT solution design
• Participate in the EU standardization & localization process and advise in the technical analysis
• Continuously discuss with the respective teams and stakeholders for related business/IT processes and rules
• Control and advise platform users to support a better usage and enhance the CX capabilities as a platform admin
• Lead meetings with the power users in each EU market and support in admin configuration
• Establish the operation concepts and governance structures of the platform to enhance the integrated CX capabilities
• Have solid understanding of data specification and interactions with other data sources
• Support in customer data management to optimize the level of utilization
• Take responsibility to lead change management in technical viewpoint with related stakeholders at Hyundai Motor Europe and the markets
• Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of CRM systems based on given Business-IT process and logics with continuous following ups with markets

Requirements:
• University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a related position or specialization
• Global Project Rollout Experience
• Experience with CRM Solution Architecture Design
• Professional experience with business-IT Requirement Analysis
• Research / Benchmarking knowledge is required
• Good understanding in Salesforce solutions (Official Certifications are mandatory)
• Collaborative mindset - Strong teamwork, communication with stakeholders in various organizations
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative/teamwork mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office is required
• Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is required
