Role Summary:

As a Business Strategic Planner at Hyundai Motor Europe (HME), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our inventory management and material planning processes. Drawing on your strong analytical skills and understanding of data, you will assess consumption trends, evaluate stock levels, and support the planning of procurement activities. Through the use of surveys and data analysis, you will generate insights aimed at improving material turnover and streamlining stock management, ultimately contributing to more efficient operations and decision-making. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking dedicated individual, eager to make an impact in a dynamic automotive environment.

We want you to:

Development and implementation of Supply Strategy for Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) Plant:

• Support the creation of the supply strategy for the HMC plant
• Serve as the primary liaison between the HMC plant and the HME support team at HMC headquarters
• Manage key tasks including allocation for European National Sales Companies (NSCs), production requests, and Balance Out planning

Cross-Factory Supply Management:

• Provide support for supply management across factories
• Engage in specific projects such as P/T Business Planning setting
• Act as a country manager with a focus on key NSCs

Business Planning Team Support:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of the BP Times newsletter
• Generate and manage reports including the Order Report and Option Report
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for top management as required
   

About you:

• Bachelor or Tertiary Education or similar
• Excellent English and good communicator
• Hands-on experience working in sizeable MNCs 
• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems 
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with HME support teams and European NSCs.
• Proficiency in creating and distributing detailed reports and newsletters.
• Competent in supporting the establishment and implementation of plant supply strategies.
• Proficient in generating and interpreting various reports (Order Report, Option Report, ad-hoc reports).
• Confident in providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis for top management.
