Business Planning & Development Lead (m/f/d)
As a Business Planning & Development Lead, you'll be a key player in advancing Hyundai's mission, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth across all European markets.
We want you to:
- Develop short- and mid-term business plans and business development goals for pan-European activities in alignment with stakeholders and corporate objectives
- Own the central portfolio overview of Hyundai's business activities in connectivity, mobility, and data across European markets
- Identify and implement growth and efficiency measures, fostering operational excellence and best practices
- Develop, set, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develop, establish, and continually improve best-in-class business planning and development processes, methods, and tools across the organization
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential risks for existing business
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decision-making and investment prioritization
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions to enhance the company's competitive positioning and drive growth

You will also need to have:
- Minimum 5 years in business planning, strategy development, or related roles, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
- Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
- Excellent financial acumen, including the ability to develop financial models, conduct financial analysis, and evaluate investment opportunities
- Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborations
- Proficient in conducting market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the connected services and mobility industry, including telematics, IoT, data analytics, and emerging automotive technologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
