As an Audit Specialist, you will provide assistance and gather information to conduct initial analysis and process the findings. You will ensure Hyundai policies and principles are followed in an administrative, operation and technical manner. You are someone who can adapt to change, demonstrate eagerness to learn and actively search for solutions.

• Maintain control checklists and relevant documentation.
• Generate risk assessment, control assessment, and remediation reports.
• Assist in identifying potential risks within HME and its subsidiaries’ operations and processes.
• Support to summarize audit findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in follow-up audits to track progress and verify corrective actions.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development within the audit field.

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent educational qualification
• 1-3 years of experience in related position
• Minimum 1 year of first professional experience in financial auditing or finance-related roles
• Understanding of internal control frameworks and their application to financial processes (preferred)
• Ability to evaluate financial processes and identify control weaknesses through analytical and critical thinking.
• Demonstrating attention to detail for accurate documentation of control checklists, findings, and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enhancing effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
