Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

Role Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) you will provide general administrative support such as appointment scheduling, organizing travel plans, and meeting arrangement for high level executives within the Hyundai Motor European group. 
 

We want you to:

  • Support multiple MDs and Vice President's with strategic and long-term projects, managing urgent transformation and regional agenda topics
  • Prioritize and resolve issues that do not require the Executive's direct attention, ensuring efficient decision-making
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments by bridging communication gaps and aligning stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • Oversee and manage the Senior Management Committee’s agenda, ensuring structured discussions and follow-ups
  • Track and analyze strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market trends, providing reports and insights to senior management
  • Coordinate reporting activities and general administrative affairs with regional and head offices, as well as industry bodies
  • Drive cultural and leadership initiatives, supporting corporate strategy development and internal communication planning 
  • Prepare business plans, meeting notes, research papers, and market reports to inform strategic decision-making
  • Manage calendars, business trips, meetings, and external/internal communication
  • Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and ad-hoc requests as needed
     

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role or specialization
  • Experience supporting high level executives 
  • Experience working within a global environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English required, written and spoken
  • Fluency in German preferred, written and spoken
